Et plus cela va, plus elle est haute, sa banlieue l&rsquo;a d\u00e9pass\u00e9, c&rsquo;est c&rsquo;est ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/La_Paz\">La Paz<\/a> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capitale du gouvernement <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bolivie\">Bolivien<\/a> (le gardien de la constitution est \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sucre_(Bolivie)\">Sucre<\/a>), avec son alter \u00e9go <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/El_Alto_(Bolivie)\">El Alto<\/a>, c&rsquo;est un micmac incroyable d&rsquo;immeubles, de tours, de maisons, de bidonvilles (plus tant que cela)&#8230; Si <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Santa_Cruz_de_la_Sierra\">Santa-Cruz de la Sierra<\/a> est officiellement la plus grand ville du pays, ces deux l\u00e0 qui pour le touriste moyen n&rsquo;en forme qu&rsquo;une seule est \u00e0 un chouia pr\u00eat la plus grande ville, avec la moiti\u00e9 vivant \u00e0 plus de 4000m et l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 dans des pentes incroyable descendant \u00e0 3000 m en bas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/binz\">binz<\/a> incroyable et pourtant, la vie semble bien organis\u00e9e, des march\u00e9s ici, des magasins l\u00e0. Des micros (mini bis) en voici en voila et par dessus tout, des \u0153ufs tout neuf qui traversent la ville de part en part. On les verra ces jolis poussins mais pas encore ce jour&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Sud, tout s&rsquo;arr\u00eate un peu brusquement sur une vall\u00e9e de la Luna, un site ou rien ne vit et qui fait donc penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;astre de nos nuits, apr\u00e8s la vall\u00e9e se r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit et pars je ne sais o\u00f9&#8230; Je me rends compte n&rsquo;y \u00eatre jamais all\u00e9 et n&rsquo;y en avoir jamais discut\u00e9 sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre voyage, une autre exp\u00e9dition un jour pour d\u00e9couvrir le bas La Paz, le cot\u00e9 des soi-disant riches&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pensez pas cependant avoir tout vu en trois photographies.
