Dans mon imaginaire commun, l&rsquo;artichaut vient de l\u00e0-bas. Il a besoin d&rsquo;un climat chaud mais pas trop, humide mais pas trop, ensoleill\u00e9 mais pas trop ! Bref, un climat breton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or ceux-ci ne sont pas du tout du phare ouest mais \u00e9clairent cependant parfaitement notre jardin. Le nord <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gr%C3%A9sivaudan\">Gr\u00e9sivaudan<\/a> serait-il un petit pays breton ? Nul ne le sait vraiment tellement d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es depuis que nos anc\u00eatres celtiques de ces contr\u00e9es ont quitt\u00e9 ces vall\u00e9es verdoyantes l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et puis&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230; il y a artichaut et artichaut. Nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 crois\u00e9 la route de son grand cousin le <a href=\"https:\/\/kergroixnoble.fr\/blog\/2017\/le-cousin-du-cardon\/\">cardon<\/a> il y a quelques-temps. Comme cela n&rsquo;est point suffisant \u00e0 sa seigneurie, il y a pr\u00e8s de 50 <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cultivar\">cultivars<\/a> d&rsquo;artichaut au catalogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les blancs avec le camus de Bretagne, le vert de Laon, le castel, le blanc Hy\u00e9rois, le Macau, le blanc d&rsquo;Espagne, le sakis de Turquie&#8230;<\/li><li>Et les violets avec le violet de Provence, le violet de Venise, le violet de Toscane, le violet Romanesco, le violet Romagna di Chiogga, le violet Catanais, l&rsquo;\u00e9pineux&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Au vu des situations g\u00e9ographiques de chacun, je dirais que nous avons soit des violets de Provence, soir l&rsquo;\u00e9pineux. En effet, nos artichauts ont une tendance violette avec la pointe des feuilles cisel\u00e9 d&rsquo;une dent qui s&rsquo;enfonce particuli\u00e8rement bien dans la main qui s&rsquo;approche trop ostensiblement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-medium\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kergroixnoble.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/20200508_193126_0011_pfz200.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/kergroixnoble.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/20200508_193126_0011_pfz200-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6952\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kergroixnoble.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/20200508_193126_0011_pfz200-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kergroixnoble.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/20200508_193126_0011_pfz200.jpg 550w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Profitons-en, car l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9, la production \u00e9tait assez minable pour une premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. \u00c0 dire vrai, avec une production bisannuelle ou trisannuelle, il est tout \u00e0 fait normal que la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e penche plus vers l&rsquo;adolescence de la plante que vers son \u00e2ge m\u00fbr ! Que cela ne nous emp\u00eache une fois le fruit enfin d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur son bout de tige de bien en profiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 consommer sans mod\u00e9ration, surtout si votre estomac en supporte l&rsquo;indigestion !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quand on pense artichaut, on pense surtout \u00e0 la Bretagne.
